Industrial PE Wax consists of a long straight series of hydrocarbons, and is crystalline in its formulation. Its carbon content of 26 - 30 on an average whereas molecular weights varying from 360 to 420. Wax is usually graded on the basis of its rates of wax refinement. The process that we involves scaling, slacking, semi-refining paraffin wax and thereafter full refinement. Semi refined wax has < 1.5% of oil and being inert, it is not soluble in water. Whereas, absolutely refined paraffin wax has 0.5% oil. The clarity of the Industrial PE Wax is impeccable and it has varied melting points varying from high, medium and low.
